This is nothing but 30 days of posting what I eat and how I work out in a attempt to win the CrossFit Virtuosity Paleo Challenge. Or at least win myself a less fat more sleek bod for racing.

The perfect day - a 50k run in the mountains. Yep, I like crossfit, but running really long distances in the mountains is my real love.
